Functional Goals

Reception area that allows for up to 14 guest to sit while being helped or waiting for a bus. The reception area will also have a snack and beverage area for anyone hungry entering the facility.

Courtyard in a central location of the facility that allows fresh air for occupants. Includes lounge chairs, tables for activities, and shaded areas.

A store that has free items for occupants to grab necessities. For example, feminine products, clothes, toilet trees, and food. Some items will be behind locked doors due to quality (ex. diapers, baby formula, special gifts and or prizes)

Having study nooks where children can have a quiet space to focus on homework or where adults can have private phone calls.

Two types of bedrooms that house either a single person or a family. Each room will have bed(s) kitchenette, closet with storage, washer and dryer, living and dining room.
